WHAT IS V60 BREWING?

V60 is a type of pour-over dripper, the ‘V’ coming from the inverted cone shape of the filter and the ‘60’ coming from the specific 60° angle of its design. The angle of the filter allows water to flow freely through the coffee, with ridges inside allowing for a steady flow of water and air during the brewing process.
